Marcia Lautanen-Raleigh of Backyard Patch Herbs will demonstrate how to make non-alcoholic “mocktails” using simple syrups, faux alcohol flavors, and fruit infusions. Participants will concoct some alcohol-free martinis, fizzes, and sours to sample.
