Students will use their phones or tablets to film, edit, and create short videos that tell powerful stories. This class covers basic filming techniques, editing skills, and creative storytelling while encouraging students to express their ideas through visuals, music, and movement. It is perfect for students who enjoy creativity, media, and storytelling.

Students will learn healthy ways to manage stress, emotions, and everyday pressures. This class focuses on building confidence, practicing self-care, and learning how to support friends in positive and safe ways. Through open conversations and practical tools, students will grow stronger mentally and emotionally.
