DESCRIPTION:<p>Enjoy a relaxing and therapeutic session of Soundbath Meditation, a form of meditation where you "bathe" in the ambient sounds and vibrations from crystal singing bowls and other instruments to tap into your deeper self consciousness, creating a sense of calm and peace. For ages 14+.</p>

<p>Participants are welcome to bring a&nbsp;yoga mat, if they wish to sit on the floor. Chairs will be provided for participants who prefer not to be on the floor.</p>

<p>The sessions on March 25 and April 15 have been<strong> CANCELLED</strong>.</p>
