The Bellwood Public Library is gearing up to create a new strategic plan and we want to hear from you! Our current strategic plan ends this year and your anonymous feedback will help us design our plan for the future. Please complete this survey and return it to the library by May 31, 2023. All people who turn in the survey by the deadline will receive a treat and be entered in a drawing for a Target gift card
