About the Magazine Room Bellwood Library subscribes to over 140 magazines and 10 newspapers. Most are in the lower level of the library, in our Magazine Room, a quiet reading space and computer area. Most magazines can be checked out for seven days. Our paperback fiction collection and mystery collection are on the lower level as well. Magazines for children are in the Youth Services Department. Magazines for teenagers are in the Young Adult area located on the main floor.

We
have three typewriters for public use available in the periodicals department
located on the lower level of the building. No library card is necessary
to use the typewriter. If you need paper the fee is 10 cents per page.
